Job Description

We are partnered with one of the nation’s top AEC firms who are currently looking for a Architectural Project Manager. The proper candidate will lead the design and project management efforts on a range of architectural assignments including public, institutional, transportation, and infrastructure-related building projects.

Responsibilities -

• Manage all phases of architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Coordinate and lead project teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans; ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee production of design and construction documents ensuring quality and code compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative project team environment.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and ensure adherence to firm-wide standards and best practices.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 12+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• NYS Architectural Registration (RA) required
• Strong knowledge of NYC and NYS building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Bluebeam and MS Project a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience managing public sector or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
