Salary: $60-80K

Architectural Project Manager (Signage, Graphics)

This person is responsible for overseeing the design and installation coordination of interior graphics and exterior signage. This role requires effective management of graphics and signage production vendors, site survey scheduling, coordination of final installs, and ensuring the successful execution of all new and remodel stores

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate signage and graphics project timelines, including scheduling site surveys, installations, and project kick-offs
• Track project milestones, timelines, and risks using project management tools and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Manage tasks such as creating purchase orders, processing invoices
• Liaise with vendors, and internal Construction & Remodel teams and provide clear communication / support to address any issues that may arise during the construction & installation phase.
• Support signage and graphics design efforts and assist with graphic production and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in Graphics & Signage management, preferably in the Retail industry
• Project management, and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to project challenges
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in project management & design software (Adobe Suite, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, etc.)
