You will have attention to detail and a flair for understanding and articulating solutions to client needs and challenges.
A blend of strategic, organisational, written and interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
The Bid Manager plays a vital role in driving the success of our organisation by working in partnership with the Sales Director and North West sales team to oversee the project management and governance of the sales process, particularly at the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) stages. You may also be required to own and lead top pursuits.
You have exceptional writing skills and may already have bid management experience, or are looking to take the next step in your bid management career. Using your natural leadership skills to foster a strong team culture, you will drive standards by working closely with Business Development Managers (BDM) and Business Unit Sales Coordinators (BUSC) to ensure differentiated, innovative and client-focused proposals are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
A key responsibility of this role is to train and develop BUSC’s, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow and succeed.
California Residents: The minimum salary is $85,000 and the maximum is $110,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. Successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus.
