**Job Description** This role supports and collaborates with Source-to-Settle on supplier management, contract creation and negotiation, RFP, and management of requisitions and purchases. This position is responsible for payment services to optimize spending, review invoices, mitigate risk, and improve business processes for GPS Operations. It executes cross-functional relationships with peers and stakeholders to support business functions for GPS by collaborating directly with managers and directors to ensure that operations can continue to progress as effectively as possible. The Business Analyst is the primary interface with all clients and ensures that client needs and expectations are met with high-quality, industry-standard programs and services. This position will report directly to the Americas Sr. Business Analyst, Business Operations - Global Physical Security. **Responsibilities** The Business Analyst's scope of responsibility will focus primarily on North America (NAM) region. Decision impact is high, and degree of direct supervision is minimal as the position requires a leading contributor. This position requires a high degree of responsibility and strategic impact on the business function. Resolves various issues with tax, account payables, and other supplier requests by working with support helpdesks and other LOBs. + Coordinate with supplier setups, contract processing, creation of requisitions, and transferring of PO's. + Performs additional functions and duties as assigned by the Director, Global Business Operations - Global Physical Security. + Coordinates activities of other personnel on the team by leading projects, trainings and initiatives. + Identify, investigate, and analyze potential areas for operational improvement (contracts, procurement, etc.). As appropriate, based on findings and with the use of strong business acumen, make proposals for operation enhancements (procedures, processes, etc.). + Creates, reviews, and analyzes monthly financial reports. Reports to management on variances from the established budget, the reasons for those variances and provides suggested business solutions to help mitigate the risks. + Coordinates activities of other personnel on the team by leading projects, trainings and initiatives. + Coordinate, compile, and present respective global budgets for GPS Security Operations. The budget is of significant complexity involving multiple layers of leadership with colleagues and staff globally. **Key Skills and Qualifications:** + 2-3 years of demonstrated business/financial experience. + BA degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration preferred. + Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. + Can present complex financial issues in a clear, logical and accurate fashion to non-finance executives. + Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + The ability to resolve non-routine complex issues using in-depth decision making. + Experience in corporate physical security. + Relationship management skills strongly desired. + Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. + Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. + Attention to detail critical. + Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. + Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. \#LI-DNI Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum.
