Role Overview As a key contact in our sales process, you will identify, qualify, and uncover valuable opportunities through strategic conversations. You will master our internal tools, understand our sales vision, and focus on the construction industry and PremierSoft’s services. You are expected to meet monthly pipeline targets, foster teamwork, and provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement. Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads via research, LinkedIn, and email outreach. Craft personalized messages to initiate interest and conversations. Manage leads using Dynamics CRM, tracking outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline status. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals for a smooth handoff to sales. Schedule high-value meetings, including discovery calls and strategic sessions with decision-makers. Requirements Experience as a BDR or similar role. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly. Active listening skills to uncover customer needs. Preferred Skills Familiarity with the commercial contractor industry.
