This position is contingent on contract award RMC is hiring a Computer Systems Analyst III to support services we provide to the Enterprise Systems (ES) Department of the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Service Centers in Charleston, SC, and New Orleans, LA. This support will be primarily for the Data Center and Cloud Hosting Services (DC2HS) Division. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will review business requirements and designs and develop IT system solutions in response. Job Duties Installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services Prepare detailed program specifications, identify required inputs, and participate in the design, development, and testing of systems Coordinate installation with end users, test configurations, and recommend modifications to improve functionality Ensure data integration and communication between interrelated systems Analyze system infrastructure for compliance with technical design documents Act as a liaison between the development team and the end user Requirements Five (5) years of professional experience in systems administration supporting daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstations, file servers, and web servers One (1) year experience with a data center or cloud environment, which may be achieved simultaneously High School diploma or GED; individual shall meet the latest Cybersecurity workforce certification/training in accordance with DoD 8570.1M and DoD 8140 manual as applicable At least one (1) of the following IAT Level II certifications: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), or Certified Information System Security Professional (CISS) Active DOD Secret Security Clearance required to start Benefits At RMC, we're committed to your career growth!
