Job Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a team of 2-3 installers and ensuring quality workmanship
- Communicating with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving on job sites
- Driving a box truck and operating equipment such as a floor grinders

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team of 2-3 people
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment, as well as performing physical labor
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality results and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legally eligible to work in the US

The position is full-time. Our lead installers earn up to $40/hour based on performance and experience.
