The Opportunity As part of the Data and Analytics - Business Intelligence team you lead the development and implementation of data engineering solutions, leveraging your proficiency in AWS services, Snowflake, and data transformation tools. As a Manager, you guide and inspire your team to deliver top-quality data solutions, making sure strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for managing client accounts, embracing technology and innovation, and maintaining the utmost standards of integrity and authenticity in every deliverable. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
