Job Description

Seeking a Marketing Manager to support a well-established consumer products company in the toy and entertainment space. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in U.S. marketing strategy and execution , with strong expertise in paid media, influencer marketing, and U.S. retail programs . This is a strategic yet hands-on role that requires cross-functional collaboration and ownership of all aspects of the U.S. marketing plan.

Location: El Segundo, CA

Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)

Pay Rate: $38–$40/hr

Duration: long-term temporary role (8–9 months),

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies for the Youth Electronics category
• Create U.S.-specific marketing plans aligned with global brand objectives and yearly budgets
• Lead execution of U.S. marketing initiatives, including digital, influencer, paid media, and in-store campaigns
• Drive marketing forecasts, budget planning, spend tracking, and financial reporting
• Oversee retail distribution, exclusive launches, and first-to-market opportunities
• Conduct post-launch analysis and share performance insights to inform future strategies
• Present product plans and brand direction to internal stakeholders and retail partners
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison for the U.S. sales team, championing category performance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. marketing strategy and execution
• Demonstrated success managing paid media and influencer programs
• Experience working with national retailers and driving go-to-market strategies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and budget management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
