Now we’re ready to level up our marketing and build a steady flow of new leads. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing and help us scale. About The Role This is a hands-on marketing role. We need someone who’s creative, resourceful, and motivated to execute. You’ll work directly with the CEO to clean up our brand, run campaigns, and generate leads for Managed IT and Cybersecurity services. This role is remote for daily work but requires you to live in the Greater Austin, TX area for in-person collaboration when needed (planning, brainstorming, strategy sessions, or team meetups). What You'll Be Doing Managing and updating our website (WordPress) Running paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Retargeting) Creating social media content, blogs, and email campaigns Designing graphics and marketing materials (Canva or Adobe) Managing brand consistency across all platforms Reporting on marketing performance and results Driving inbound leads for IT services, cybersecurity, and projects Working directly with the CEO on marketing strategy and execution What We're Looking For Someone who works hard, moves fast, and cares about results 5+ years of marketing experience Strong writing and design skills Experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Social) Comfortable managing WordPress websites Experience with email marketing, social media, and lead generation Creative and resourceful — ready to build and execute Must live in the Greater Austin, TX area Tools & Skills You'll Need To Succeed We need someone who’s comfortable using modern marketing tools to build and execute quickly. You should have experience with: WordPress (website updates & management) Canva or Adobe (creating graphics, social content, marketing materials) Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads (campaign setup & management) Email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar) CRM tools (Zoho, Hubspot, or similar) Google Analytics (tracking & reporting) This role requires someone who’s creative, but also technical — able to handle content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations.
