Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as realtors, financial planners, and other professionals.
Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Originate purchase and refinance mortgage loans, leveraging your established network and expertise.
Collaborate with company leadership and the marketing team to achieve personal and team goals.
Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset, continuously improving and adapting in a competitive industry.
Be coachable and open to feedback, ensuring continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of two years of experience in retail residential mortgage sales.
Proven success in originating both purchase and refinance mortgage loans.
Established relationships with several referral partners (e.g., realtors, financial planners).
Ability to meet and pass all background checks and NMLS licensing requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, referral partners, and internal teams.
