Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or other recognized teaching certification.
Teaching, tutoring, or training experience (online teaching experience preferred).
Confident and charismatic on camera with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Strong communication, classroom management, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with live-streaming tools or platforms is a plus.
Creative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering educational entertainment. Online Teaching
Deliver interactive, curriculum-based virtual lessons to children, teens, or adult learners.
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive virtual classroom environment.
Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and support learner development.
Occasionally cover classes as needed.

Live Streaming & Content Engagement

Host live educational sessions, Q&As, workshops, and themed events on local platforms.
Create short-form content and behind-the-scenes videos to enhance learner engagement.
Build and interact with a loyal online community of learners and followers.
Represent the Houhai English brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on creative concepts and campaigns.
