Project Manager / Estimator (Junior & Senior roles available)

LOCATION

Houston, TX

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and deliver drywall projects on time, within scope, and on budget
• Coordinate all field activities including subcontractor management, site logistics, and material scheduling.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client, field teams, and internal departments
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure accurate estimating and execution
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with foremen and superintendents
• Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and job cost forecasting
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company and OSHA standards
• Support close-out documentation, punch lists, and final client handoff

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Recent and relevant experience with a drywall or specialty subcontractor (required)
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and documentation
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, structural specs, and project schedules
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (5+ years for senior roles preferred)
