About the Opportunity:

Relix Property Group is seeking a Project Manager – Real Estate Development to oversee the full lifecycle of our multi-family and small-unit residential projects—from entitlement through permitting and execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a proactive, organized, and development-minded professional ready to make a difference in the Lehigh Valley housing landscape.

What You’ll Do

In Your First 60 Days:

  • Learn Relix’s development pipeline and workflows
  • Build relationships with municipalities, engineers, architects, and team members
  • Review entitlement timelines and permitting for active projects
  • Begin managing the documentation and coordination needed to move projects forward

In Your First 90 Days:

  • Take full ownership of 10+ active projects
  • Streamline the entitlement process and reduce delays
  • Implement better tracking systems and tools for submissions and milestones

By Year One:

  • Reduce delays and improve efficiency across the board
  • Create and standardize internal processes for entitlements and permitting
  • Collaborate with the CEO to build a scalable development team
  • Mentor junior staff and support new team hires as the department expands

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate development, entitlements, or project management
  • Proven ability to manage 10–15 concurrent projects
  • Strong track record navigating permitting, zoning approvals, and municipal processes
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with development workflows in Pennsylvania

Bonus Points For:

  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience
  • Exposure to multi-family residential development
  • Understanding of cost-per-unit analysis and construction planning
