Property Manager

Location: Moreno Valley, CA

We are seeking a proactive and experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee a residential property in Moreno Valley. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a passion for tenant relations and property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a 60+ unit residential property
• Maintain high occupancy and minimize vacancy periods
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and compliance with HUD or affordable housing regulations (if applicable)
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor services
• Handle rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Foster a positive tenant experience and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management
• Proficiency in Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management software
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma required; relevant certifications or a degree in real estate or business is a plus
