**What you'll do...**
As a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships for Sam's Club Member Access Platform (MAP), you will lead high-impact partner relationships that accelerate business growth and enhance MAP's value to advertisers and members. This role combines strong partnership execution with forward-looking strategy-driving scalable collaboration with data, media, measurement, and technology partners, while helping shape how those partnerships fuel MAP's product and business roadmap. You'll work cross-functionally to turn ideas into execution, influencing both short-term results and long-term innovation.

Sam's Club MAP is an ad tech startup inside one of the world's largest and most successful companies-Walmart. We're building a retail media and retail experience network, helping brands and advertisers engage Sam's Club members at the right moment, using data on millions of transactions.
**What you'll do...**
+ Build and manage strategic partner relationships - Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of strategic partners including data, media, ad tech, measurement and media companies.
+ Evaluate and activate new partner opportunities - Identify, assess, and onboard new partners that align with MAP's growth strategy and enhance advertiser outcomes.
+ Drive partner enablement and activation - Ensure successful onboarding, product integration, and go-to-market alignment for new and existing partners.
+ Collaborate across functions - Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to shape and execute partnership roadmaps, influence strategy, and ensure operational readiness.
+ Support strategic planning and deal development - Assist in structuring partner deals, defining success metrics, and managing performance to KPIs.
+ Represent Sam's Club MAP externally - Be an ambassador at industry events and in partner engagements, communicating the vision and value of MAP partnerships.
**What you'll bring...**
+ 6-8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner-facing roles in digital advertising, retail media, or technology.
+ Experience managing external relationships with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.
+ Demonstrated success launching partner solutions, from planning through execution.
+ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of delivering results.
+ Strategic thinking paired with executional excellence and attention to detail.
+ Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
