Classification: Contract Contract Length: 7 Months Position Summary The Technical Analyst / Entry-Level reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. In this role you will be responsible for providing deskside technical support and technical support for end-users, systems and hardware across our 2.5 millions sq/ft campus consisting of 3 hospitals and 3 free standing Emergency Departments doing things such as but not limited to re-imaging computers, setting up network devices, setting up printers, install and remove software and help troubleshoot end users issues. In this role will be on your feet a lot. Days could put in 12,000 steps walking across our campus. This position has other physical demands such as being able to push a cart, lift 50 pounds from floor to desk (monitors, printers, networking gears to mount and rack servers and switches), you’ll need to crawl to plug stuff in and check wiring and walking across campus.
