The Population Health Analytics team is seeking a Data Engineer to help build an in house application to modernize and centralize Analytics efforts at Privia Health. The Value Based Care (VBC) Data Engineer will work with the Analytics Engineering Director to design, test and implement high quality infrastructure supporting the needs of a diverse group of healthcare analysts, clinicians and stakeholders. This position will reward the right candidate with vast creative freedom, a position on a diverse team of thinkers and doers and the ability to explore their intellectual curiosity to solve healthcare's greatest informatics problems.
The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs) . This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
