Job Title: Interior Door / Millwork Salesperson - Commercial & Multi-Family

Location: Hybrid (On-site at main office 1-2 times per week) Industry: Building Materials / Millwork / Interior Doors Position Type: Full-Time

This is a base plus commission role.

Our client is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Interior Door / Millwork Salesperson with a strong background in the commercial and multi-family construction space . This hybrid role allows flexibility, with in-office visits required just 1-2 times per week. The ideal candidate will bring deep product knowledge, a solid client base, and a hunter mentality to help expand market share and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage accounts within the commercial and multi-family sectors , targeting builders, contractors, and developers.

Sell a full range of interior door and millwork products, providing consultative solutions to meet client needs.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, product availability, and timely delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and new product offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in interior door and millwork sales (minimum 3 years preferred).

Existing network and contacts in the commercial and/or multi-family markets highly desirable.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.

Knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and millwork product lines is a plus.
